TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SV FIDA SOUTH INDIA INTERNATIONAL ICON

Participants should comply and understand these basic terms and conditions document to join for SV Fida South India International Icon pageant competition.

• Participants for the completion should be above 18 years of age and should submit identification documents.
• Participants for the Miss category should not be married or divorced. Must be above 18 years of age within 30 years of age.
• Participants for the Mr category can be married or divorced nor engaged. Must be above 20 years of age and within 55 years of age.
• Participants for the Mrs category can be married or divorced and can also be a mother. Must be above 19 years of age and within 50 years of age.
• The Participants can be of any nation and should have valid ID proof to apply for the competition.
• The candidate should be a minimum of 5.2 ft (158.5 cm) tall, without heels for MS (Miss and Mrs) category.
• The candidate should be a minimum of 5.4 ft (164.6 cm) tall, without heels for the Mr category.
• The participant should not have any physical disability.
• The participant should not be involved in any active legal (civil or criminal case) records.
• The participant should not give/provide any incorrect or false information that can lead to disqualification of the candidate from the contest.
• Appropriate documentation regarding the age and residency status of the contestant must be submitted to meet eligibility requirements.
• Sudha Ventures can use the picture of the participant for social media promotion, website, and marketing purposes.
• The pageant competition organized shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India In the Courts at Bangalore for all the legal issues.
• Judges and the Sudha Ventures decision shall be final and no participants have rights or obligations to raise the query.
• Only the organizer Sudha Ventures holds the right to take the final decision in any disputes or unusual circumstances.
• If any participant creates a nuisance, for whatever reason organizer has all the rights to cancel the participant from the competition without refunding any fees paid towards the competition.
• Registration fee or Enrollment fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Auditions are held online and the results will be communicated via emails to all the participants.
• Participants who have got selected will require to sign the agreement before the competition without which they will not be allowed to compete.
